What is the curtain come with?
The curtain will come with free tie-back(s) and hooks (6pcs/m) or holes (6pcs/m).
What is included in the price?
1. Our price includes the fee of fabrics, subsidiary materials, processing and shipping, not includes the fee of measurement, installation, accessories such as curtain rod, rail, gauze, valance.
2. We provide curtain net size, which is actual W*H, the seam of curtains is at our cost.
How long does it take?
Estimate 10~30 days from payment to receiving for custom-made items.
Can you measure for me on-site?
Customer self-measurement. We place the measure tips on Measure Page.

Can you install for me on-site?

How to determine my curtain width per panel if I order 2 pcs as a pair? eg: my window W=200cm.
We suggest three curtain width below for your option:
1) If you don't want wave, your per pc curtain width can be 120cm.
2) If you want 1.5 times wave, your per pc curtain width can be 150cm.
3) If you want 2 times wave, your per pc curtain width can be 200cm.

What is curtains wave? Why we need consider wave?
All our curtains pictures in Qoo10 or this blog is 2 times wave, so when the curtain closed and you may see they have natural fold, The wave times is not fixed, it's depend on your needs.
Hanging & Accessories
What is your curtain hanging type?
We have two curtain hanging types: 1) holes type which is for curtain rod; 2) hooks type which is for curtain rail / track / eyelet.

Are the hooks provided enough?
The free hooks or holes we give you, is more than enough and always have extra hooks inside. Feel free to contact us if you need assist in this matter in future.

Payment
Is it possible for me to make a deposit first and pay the rest on delivery?
We can proceed only when we receive the full payment.

Why I need pay within 2 days after I received the conversation of order?
We hope you can make a payment within 2 days after the order confirmed due to our factory inventory is changing in every second. We will contact you asap and return your payment within 2 days if the order is out of stock.

Delivery
Can you send things outside Singapore?
Yes, international orders is available. Kindly fill up Order Form on our Order Page, we will reply you asap.

Stocks
Is there any ready stocks for all this item?
There are no ready stocks due to they are customized items. Our factory made it one by one with different size according customers' need.
Why my order can not proceed after payment?
The inventory is changing in every second that's why we hope you can make your payment within 2 days. Anyway, We will contact you asap and return your payment within 2 days if your order is out of stock.
Washing
1) Check if there's any defect before wash.
2) If you curtains hanging type is holes type, pls take out the circle hole rings before wash.
3) Gentle Hand wash or Machine Wool course.
4) Separate washing with tepid water and do not soak with hot water.
5) Use neutral detergent and don't use bleach.
6) Line Dry in shade.
Showroom
We don't have showroom now. But we have samples so you may email us to make an appointment.
Taxes
For international buyer, please note that we are not responsible for customs, duties and taxes in your country. All items will be marked as gifts and low value shipments.
Return & Exchange
Can I return or exchange my curtains?
This is customized products so no refundable except manufacturer defects or incorrect items only, we will check and ensure our products are in great quality and condition before shipping out.
Reasons below are not considered as defects:
- Choose the wrong design, personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
- Slight color differences of same color range due to different monitor display (eg. color not as expected);
- Minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, minor tear on seams & button loose which can be hand stitched;
- Minor stains (especially on light color clothes), eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;
- Size issues as there may be slightly size difference from measurement provided (2-3 cm).
- Please note that different batches of items may have slightly size difference too.
- White items & promotional items can not be exchanged or refunded.

General Information
- We collect personal information when you make a purchase. You must provide contact information, such as name, email address, contact no. and mailing address in any case if we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
- We do not share, trade or rent your Personal Information with any third parties except to fulfill products you requested for which we have your permission.
Purchase
- All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.
- All prices stated are fixed and non-negotiable.
- Availability and total cost including product(s) and delivery charges will be informed to you in a reply/ order confirmation.
- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.
- It is important that you ensure the item name and quantities of your intended purchase are accurate as no changes or cancellations will be allowed after order confirmation. We will not bear the responsibility for any incorrect item(s) purchased if item(s) are incorrectly indicated in your order placement email.
- All items limited in quantity. We operate in 'First Payment Received, First Served' basis. Should your intended purchase item(s) turn out to be out of stock after payment was made, we will refund you the amount in full.
Payments
- Please make the payment within 2 days upon receiving our email confirmation of your order. Otherwise your order will be voided and you will have to place a new order again.
- Once payment is made, kindly email or SMS us your payment details so that we can track your payment and expedite the delivery of your order.
- For payment made through ATM transfer, please state the transaction reference, date and time of transfer.
- For payment made through Internet Banking, please indicate you nick, date of transfer and transaction reference.
- No refund/ cancellation upon payment is made.
- Full refund will be given should your item(s) ordered be out of stock.
- Kindly ensure the mailing address information provided is accurate. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect mailing address provided will be borne by the buyers.
- Customers will be billed actual shipping fee to resend all unclaimed and /or returned packages.
- Goods will be through inspected by us before delivery.
- We will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time of your orders.
- For shipment outside Singapore, the shipping charges will be dependent on the country to ship to and the goods' weight and size. Kindly drop us an email for international shipment charges.
